Product Returns

In case for any reason, you wish to return the products you bought, you have the right to do so within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

Please note that returns are only accepted with the Elta Courier:

1. Contact us by email at
2. Fill in a withdrawal request
3. The product has not been damaged
4. For products that are defective, the return is made by debiting the company
5. For international returns the costs are borne by the customer depending on the country of destination

Please make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as not to cause any damage during transport.

We inform you that our company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return.
